Everything was good, perfect location really close to the real Milano, Milan for more than 2 days and a lovely seafood restaurant, GREAT experience. Got double room with box of useful bathroom items as well as bottled water as expected.

the hotel is a fantastic spot for strolling through the city, with places like the fine Duomo just under 2 km away and the peaceful Sempione Park a short 3 km walk, perfect for winding down after a day of sightseeing.

The dining scene around 10 Keys Milano is a foodie's paradise! From the natural cut fries at nearby Briscola Pizza Society to the decadent sweets at Pasticceria Ernst Knam, every meal was an adventure. Plus, a comfy bed after a day of exploration made coming back a joy!

Getting to our room was like an obstacle course, requiring special electronic keys and navigating a maze of hallways. Parking was a bit of a hassle, and signage left us scratching our heads.

The sauna in the room was super unique! Amazing amenities like the coffee machine and minibar. Also loved the quality breakfast, especially the fresh bio products. The staff were really helpful too! A solid experience with some cool features.

The Superior Double Room was newly renovated and stylish. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, we experienced issues with the air conditioning that took some time to resolve. It's important to note the hotel's somewhat unconventional location in a residential building. This was initially confusing but didn't overshadow the positive experience. The Moroccan pancakes served for breakfast were a good treat.

I loved how comfortable the room was, and the cozy lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. They offered relaxing options like a full body massage and a steam room, making it a great sanctuary. The only hiccup was the door lock being a bit tricky, but it didn't take away from the fun! 😊

The staff greeted me like family when I arrived. The sauna and Turkish bath were my escape after a long day, totally worth it.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for the comforts I got, I'd say it was acceptable.

The room at 10 keys milano was newly renovated, stylish, and located close to the center. It was very spacious, with a walk-in wardrobe, made settling in easy. The staff at reception were nice and helpful.

The lack of clear signage for the entrance is confusing!!! Expect difficulty finding the reception on the third floor of an office building. The central air conditioning control can lead to uncomfortable nights when temperatures rise!!!

Couple's getaway worthy!

Great welcome from the staff on arrival! The room was particularly good, huge and clean, and the bed was so comfy, we didn't want to leave!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the comforts we got, I'd say it was acceptable.

It was just a prime choice for a weekend jaunt in Milan with good value considering the price it charged. The staff were super cute and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. If you need a quiet place, request a room away from the street noise.
